🪁 The snowboarder in me enjoyed moving from land to water to go kiteboarding! Learning how to use a kite to power my board was such a thrill, it feels like you’re flying, and you actually are! My lesson on the calm waters of Oso Bay was a great refresher, thanks to my encouraging instructor Gael from 361 Kite. @361kite ✈️🪁🏄♀️
🚘 Cruising along the beach in a minty green electric Gulf Coast Moke was such a delight, especially fun with the top down, feeling the wind in my hair! @gulfcoastmokes
🐴 Horseback riding on the beach is a quintessential way to explore the Texas Gulf Coast–From the grassland to the sandy shores and getting a little splash was a lot of fun with my new pal. @horses_on_the_beach_corpus
🛌 Easy access to the beach from my condo at Lively Beach @lively_beach was really a highlight. A short stroll over the boardwalk led me to the most incredible sunrise over the water.
🌊 Mustang Beach is a great place to people watch, observe windsurfers and kitesurfers and see watch pets play. The State Park entrance offered a more secluded section with a pedestrian-only stretch (since you’re allowed to drive your car on the sand in Texas)! Leap from rock to rock on the jetty and see people fishing. @mustangislandstatepark
🐚 Padre Island National Seashore with 66 miles of wild coastline with pristine beaches, was a breath of fresh air. Already planning my next trip to enjoy beachcombing and birding and possibly catch a sea turtle hatchling release and more. @padreislandnps 🐚🐦🐢
